What this site collects

This site is a single page of text. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account. No analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts run on this site. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address.

The only personal data processed is what your browser sends to the hosting provider to deliver the page, such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type. This is used to serve the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of Get Body Data B.V in operating a working and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Email

If you email nima.koucheki@gmail.com, your email address and the content of your message are processed so the message can be answered. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or your consent where you provided the details voluntarily. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any follow-up.

Processors and transfers

The website is delivered by a hosting provider acting as a processor. Email is handled by an email provider acting as a processor. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the safeguards offered by that provider, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. No personal data is sold or shared for marketing.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
