Can I get help if I have Crohn's disease and Ulcerous colitis?

If you need help with your Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis, I will try my best to help you! I have a 3-year-old daughter, and I'm running two companies. I may not always answer immediately, but I will do my best to help you. I have been in your shoes, and if there's any way I can help someone, I will do it.

Start by reading everything I have written here. You might not agree with everything I'm saying, but I'm sure you will find helpful information regarding your IBD or health in general. 

I have been asked to hold courses. When enough people have signed up, I will create a course and invite those who have signed up.
