Andrew Huberman is a professor at at Stanford school of medicine in Neurobiology and ophthalmology .
His podcast The Huberman lab is one of my greatest inspiration when it comes to health. Some episodes are around 3 hours and incredibly information dense. Andrew’s voice is made for podcasting, his reading tempo is perfect, and there’s a humbleness about him that makes me like and trust him. He always refers to different studies published in various journals.
