Should I have surgery if I have Crohn's disease and Ulcerous colitis?

Surgery instruments

I got surgery and have been fine ever since. I want to be humble and grateful for every day I get to be pain free.

If you're in pain and have had Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis for a while, and your doctors suggest surgery, maybe you should go for it. I do because surgery is, in a way, a chance to restart. You remove the inflated part. After, you have an opportunity to do things right. Are you in a bad relationship that causes you a lot of head and heartache? Maybe you can finish it.

Have you been eating gluten, dairy, deep-fried food, eating too often, and too fast? Now you have the chance to start over and change your mindset and your approach to life.

I've had two surgeries. After the first one, I kept going the same way as before. After the second surgery, I became very conscious of all my actions. I started communicating more with my body. I took things seriously.

But before your surgery! And after. Do everything you can to improve your chances of staying healthy. I didn't eat for three months before my surgery. I stayed alive thanks to a special nutrition drink. It was unpleasant to drink, but the doctors told me it would be helpful if I stayed away from food and drank the nutrition drink instead.

Not eating for three months was tough, but I wanted to get well. And today, I worship my body, and I'll do anything to stay healthy.
