Here's a list of things I think are good to eat (for me). I have to point out that you should listen carefully to what your body tells you. Keep a food journal and track when you eat something irritating your stomach.
Overnight oats. Salads. I don't know if your stomach can handle these things, but I always put them in my salad: beetroot, carrots, cabbage, kale, quinoa, spinach, and avocado. I like my green smoothie, coconut water, apples, lemon, ginger, turmeric, spinach, and avocado. That's a mineral and vitamin boost for you right there. Add some VSL3 probiotics, and I bet your stomach will thank you. I also love stews with rice. I think eggs are super—organic, grass-fed meat, great.
