What is bad for people with Crohn's disease and Ulcerous colitis to eat?

Dairy foods such as milk, cheese, butter

There are a lot of things you should avoid to improve your Crohn's disease symptoms and flare-ups. Here is my list! I would say stay away from gluten, dairy, and harmful oils. Stop eating deep-fried food. Eat slowly and mindfully, chew properly, and don't overeat. Don't overeat fiber. Introduce fiber gradually into your diet. Drink a lot of water.

  • Dairy
  • Gluten
  • Eating too often and too much.
  • Not chewing
  • Deep fried.
  • Food containing too many sugars
  • Too many fibers. Raise your fiber-intake SLOWLY. Drink a lot of water and let it take time. It would help if you viewed getting healthier as a lifetime project. I know you feel like being very healthy quickly, but you must let it take time.
  • Too spicy food is something I find challenging as well. Why upset the stomach?
