What supplements should I take if I have Crohn's disease and Ulcerous colitis?

Many different kinds of supplements

Know the supplements to take for your Crohn's disease. I take B5, Biotin, Selen, VSL3, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, occasionally B12, and collagen. I highly recommend blood work to see where you are deficient. I realized I was iron deficient thanks to the blood work I did. I also lacked some B12. After that, I started fasting more, slept better, and cared better for myself. My levels have been ok ever since.

For the stomach and the gut flora, I take a probiotic called VSL3 together with my smoothie. That's usually how I start my day after at least fasting for 16 hours. I sense that my gut biome is extra sensitive after a long fast, so I start my first meal with something I know my stomach likes.

I take B5 for my skin. Everybody says I look way younger than 40, and I think my B5 intake definitely helps.

I take a lot of Omega 3. More and more studies show significant benefits for the brain.
